Following the Company’s EGM on 17 January 2007, Empire has disposed of its remaining operating activities in online gaming and will become an investment Company.

As a result of an Agreement reached with Société des Bains de Mer et du Cercle des Etrangers à Monaco resolving all legal claims asserted by and against Empire Online Ltd., Empire Online will no longer be operating a website at the URL http://www.monacogoldcasino.com or offering any services under the name Monaco Gold Casino after January 2007.

Empire intends to generate superior returns through opportunistic investment across a broad range of asset classes and geographical sectors.
