Employee Resource Groups

EP is proud to support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to attract and support a diverse employee-base, and foster an inclusive workplace. ERGs provide their members with networking, career development and relationship building opportunities, and encourage the exchange of innovative ideas and solutions.
