Markham (Mark) L. Goldstein is the President and CEO of Entertainment Partners. Goldstein joined EP in 2002. In 2004, he led the transition of EP from a privately held company to a 100% employee-owned organization.

Kendra Rawls joined the executive team in 2020. In her role as Chief Revenue Officer, Rawls drives all aspects of the sales cycle, including global sales strategy, demand generation, go-to-market strategy, client success, and strategic partnerships.

Darren Seidel joined the executive team in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. In 2016 he took on the dual role as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer until 2024, and he currently serves as Chief Operating Officer.

Jason Brooks joined Entertainment Partners’ Executive Team in 2024. He is an accomplished professional with a unique mix of finance, business development, and private equity roles with marquee entertainment media and technology firms, and a track record of successfully navigating complex financial challenges and driving sustainable growth.

Patrick Baca has had a distinguished career as a technologist and software development leader and brings a wealth of experience to his role as Chief Technology Officer of Entertainment Partners.

With 27 years of experience, including extensive entertainment industry expertise, Dan Satterthwaite is the EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer of Entertainment Partners.

Cheryl Nex joined the executive team in 2017. In her role as President, Canada, Nex is responsible for Canadian payroll and Canadian film tax incentive administration and financing operations.

Gary Bell became Managing Director of EP’s UK & Ireland office in 2023. A founding partner of FLB Accountants which was acquired by EP in 2022, Gary has over 20 years’ experience in professional accounting and a strong track record of business development.

Jane Corden became Managing Director of Entertainment Partners’ Australia and New Zealand offices in 2022 when after 35+ years as CEO of the Moneypenny Group, Entertainment Partners acquired the company.

Davida Lara is the Executive Vice President of Payroll. With more than 20 years of experience, Lara is recognized as a national thought leader and excels in payroll process implementation. Anthony De La Rosa joined the executive team in 2017. In his role as Executive Vice President, Residuals De La Rosa is responsible for leading a team of experts le in collective bargaining agreement, preparation and execution of residuals payments, and technological programming.

Jennifer Bender joined the executive team in 2015. In her role as Executive Vice President, Bender continues to expand the Central Casting brand nationally and internationally.

Ray Carpenter serves as Chief Financial Officer of DIRECTV, a media distribution company that delivers entertainment and advertising services to US based households and commercial locations.

Ken Coleman is Chairman of EIS Group, one of the leading software companies serving the insurance industry.

Carol Mills spent more than 25 years in CEO and other senior operating executive roles and now serves as an independent board member and CEO consultant/coach.

Steve Wadsworth is an investor and board member in multiple companies and a partner in W3 Capital, a private equity firm focused on investments in lower middle market technology companies.
