Controllers List

EP controllers are the companies that make decisions about how and why EP handles your personal information. The table below shows which EP controller makes decisions about the personal information we handle in connection with providing each of our products and services.

Affiliates List

The table below shows EP affiliates we have share your personal information with, which may include transfers to another country. The affiliates are listed according to the country in which they are located. Personal information may be shared so the EP affiliate can help the controller carry out some of the processing. We also share information with EP affiliates for analytics, marketing, and other purposes. The affiliate that receives the personal information will then also become a controller and will make decisions relating to the information.

Legal Bases for Processing

For the purposes of the GDPR, we rely on a number of legal bases to enable our processing of your personal data.

Contractual and Pre-Contractual Business Relationships. Processing is necessary for performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
Legal Obligation. Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.
Legitimate Interests. Processing is necessary for a legitimate interest pursued by the controller or a third party.
Consent. The subject has freely given specific, informed, and unambiguous consent to process the data for one or more specific purposes.

*If we need to process your personal information by law, under the terms of a contract we have with you, or to be able to enter into a contract with you, and you fail to provide that personal information where requested, we may not be able to perform our services to you.

Our Websites and Online Services and Platforms do not target and are not intended to attract children under the age of 13. EP does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided information through our Websites or Online and Platforms Services, or through our Payroll Services or Casting Services without parental consent, please contact us immediately as detailed in the “Contact Us” section of our Global Privacy Notice, so that we can delete their information.
