Learn what SB 1162 is (and how it differs from the previous law, SB 973), who the new law applies to, what the reporting requirements are, and the unique complexities affecting employers in the entertainment industry. (Runtime 39 min).

SB 1162 filing is due to the California Civil Rights Department (CRD) by May 8, 2024.
