COVID-19 Panel

COVID-19 cases are on the rise, and while productions are carefully navigating their return to operations, it hasn't been easy. To facilitate a successful return to production, the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP) and the major industry unions/guilds have unanimously established a Return-To-Work Agreement, outlining how to safely re-open the industry, including the implementation of testing, safety protocols, quarantine pay, and sick leave compensation. What do all of these changes mean for employers?

Join Entertainment Partners' Legal experts Lydiann Betzer, Labor Relations Manager; Alan Wu, Director, Employment and Labor Relations Counsel; Joe Scudiero, SVP and Chief Labor Counsel; and Becky Harshberger, VP, Payroll Tax, for their analysis of the Return-To-Work Agreement, and discussion addressing the special employee payment conditions required by the Agreement. (Runtime: 1 hr 21 min)
