The National Film and Television School (NFTS) announces a new partnership with Entertainment Partners (EP) which sees the industry-leading global entertainment payroll and production technology company join as a prominent new Patron of the School to nurture the next generation of creative talent.

For over 46 years, Entertainment Partners have supplied cutting edge software and rich insights to the film and television industry, delivering integrated, cloud-based digital solutions to support every phase of production.

Through the new alliance with Entertainment Partners, NFTS students will be provided with access to its leading production technology solutions including Movie Magic Budgeting and Movie Magic Scheduling. Additionally, students will be offered the chance to learn from EP’s production experts in the UK, access new resources through EP Academy courses for training on key areas of production including accounting, budgeting and more; elevating their skill sets while fostering innovation.

As Patrons of the NFTS, EP will also support one exceptional MA student per year with an annual ‘Entertainment Partners Scholarship’, helping to remove a major barrier – the rising cost of living – to those entering higher education.

The NFTS cultivates real world aptitude and mirrors industry standard practice across all training disciplines. Access to EP’s unparalleled solutions including Movie Magic software will prove invaluable to NFTS students’ development and growth on their journey towards matching industry excellence.

By supporting the National Film and Television School through this new partnership, Entertainment Partners will play a crucial role in training the next generation of film, television and gaming creative talent.

As Entertainment Partners step into their role as a Patron of the NFTS, Director Jon Wardle said: “The National Film and Television School is proud to continue forming close ties with industry, not just with broadcasters and streamers but also with companies that are crucial to the production pipeline, such as Entertainment Partners. We are thrilled to welcome them as a new Patron of the NFTS and look forward to a dynamic collaboration that empowers our students and propels the creative landscape forward.”

“Entertainment Partners is committed to helping provide the next generation of UK production professionals with the education and resources they need as the British market continues to produce world-class film and high-end television productions.” said Markham L. Goldstein, President & CEO of Entertainment Partners. “We are proud to partner with the National Film and Television School – the leader in film and television production education in the UK – and both build a more inclusive industry and help students prepare for successful careers.”
