EP Canada General Crew & Talent Pay Support
- Create an account at My.EP.com to see if a cheque was issued and cashed (note: cheque status may take up to 10 days to update from the date the cheque was deposited)

If you have completed work as an individual crew member and you
have received your final paycheck, please log into your My Service Canada Account and see if your ROE has been uploaded. ROEs are uploaded soon after work has been completed. If you do not see your ROE online, please contact our payroll department via email at pwerequests@epcanada.com. Please include the following information:

- The show you require your ROE

MyEP Canada Annual Tax Statements
Go to my.ep.com to access your tax statements.
Annual Tax Statements is where you go to get paperless T4s, T4As and RL1s for your EP projects. Go to myEP, then My Pay, Annual Tax Statements. Check out the Going Paperless articles below for more.
All Canada based production workers who set up an EP account can go paperless and access their tax documents in the Annual Tax Statements section of myEP. Already have an EP account from using EP products like SmartStart or EP Residency? Sign in to myEP using the same email and password that you use for your other EP products.

T4, T4A and RL1 tax documents are loaded each year and accessible for up to three years.
Statements refresh each year to meet Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) filing deadlines.
Canadian tax slips are issued to individuals only and not to Loan-out corporations. It is not required by CRA.
T4 – are issued to Crew members
T4A – are issued to Cast including extras and we only report “other income”
RL-1 – are issued to both Crew and Cast who work in Quebec, they could also receive a T4/T4A.
If the employee worked in more than one province during the
year, they will receive a T4 or T4A for each province they worked in.

No, this is a one-time process unless you decide to go back to
mailed, paper copies.
You receive an email notification to sign in to myEP when your
tax documents are ready in the Annual Tax Statements section. To check which email account your notification is sent to, go to myEP, My Account, Settings, Pay Preferences, T4 Delivery Preferences.
To correct information, please contact pwerequests@epcanada.com and be sure to include the last 4 digits of your SIN, your mailing address, phone number and your first and last name.
- Go to myEP. Bookmark this site in your browser for later access.
Note: If you haven’t connected your Payroll Profile, do so to access your tax documents in the Annual Tax Statements section. - Click My Pay in the screen header and select Annual Tax Statements from the dropdown. Or access Annual Tax Statements from the site map at the bottom of the screen or from My Account in the screen header, then Settings.
- Click the Go Paperless for T4 button.
- A four-step wizard displays. Review and complete each step, including meeting the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) standard for PDF viewing (enter the displayed code).
- On the last screen, click Finished to complete. Your tax documents will be ready for downloading and printing from the Annual Tax Statements section of myEP once available.
Going paperless means not receiving paper T4s, T4As, or RL-1s.
Look out for an email confirmation. Then, check your status anytime from myEP under My Account, Settings, Pay Preferences, Delivery Preferences.
Go to My Pay in the screen header of myEP, then Annual Tax Statements. Available documents display with their Document Name, Tax Year, and Type.
Click the Actions dropdown under the Actions column.
- Select Donwnload to download a copy.
- Select View to preview.
- Select Print Document to print.
Go to My Account in the screen header of myEP, then Settings,
Pay Preferences. Click Change to Postal Mail under Delivery Preferences to update.
