Vista 5
Vista 5 uses EP Account to log in which is the same secure username (email) and password for all of our products. As soon as the production company assigns you to a project, you will receive an email with the next steps on how to access the project.

You can reset the password within the Vista 5 program by following these steps:
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter your email and hit Send
- You will receive an email with a link to change password
While you should receive the password reset immediately, it can take up to 15 minutes to send. If you do not see it in your main inbox, ensure to check your Spam/Junk folders as well.
Note: Your Vista 5 username and password is linked to your VPO username and password. For information on how to reset your password from VPO click here.
Vista 5 is only compatible on a PC. Once you are onboarded by the Setup Team, a link will be sent to you when you are provided with your username and password information. For more information click here.
To create a customized report, go to Flex Ledger. There you can customize the Cost or Ledger reports as you prefer. For more details click here.
To load payroll invoices in Vista 5:
- Go to Payroll
- Select Payroll Processing
- Select the Get More” tab
- Select the VPO radio button option
- Select the invoices of choice and Receive For more information on receiving payroll and making labor corrections click here.
